Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye, also known as ‘Rudeboy’ has revealed that African singers who get signed up in foreign labels end up in regret. Recall that last year, Tiwa Savage signed an international recording deal with Universal Music Group. UMG an American global music corporation is the world leader in music-based entertainment. Paul in an interview in Uganda said that the whole hype about being signed into a foreign record label is not something one should be excited about because it always ends in disappointment.

“Until u get into there, you will not understand what it is all about,”
“You will discover you are better off being the way you were (before being signed into one)”, he said.

And on Tiwa Savage, who last year, was signed by an international recording deal with Universal Music Group, Paul said;
