Ejeke Jacob, popularly known as TYPA, is a native of Benue State Nigeria.The young talented music act started his music journey in 2013. The artist said that stars like Olamide, Phyno, Don Baba, Davido and most especially Ice Prince are his main sources of inspiration
TYPA released his debut song in 2014 and in early 2016, he released his first single titled ‘Your Daddy‘. Your daddy became the song of the town and was famous among the middle-aged group particularly in Benue and Lagos state
Then in late 2016, TYPA dropped ‘Iyawo Mi‘ (My Wife). Since the release of Iyawo Mi,
it has been downloaded by thousands of fans from different age groups.
